Wealth1 operates as a distributor of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) in India. Wealth1 does not provide investment advisory services under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and does not offer its own portfolio management services.

Information, tools, comparisons, and AI-generated content on the platform are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should seek independent professional advice before investing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our compliance policies, or that pose security or misuse risks.

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities, data protection, or other laws;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;

Scrape, copy, or reproduce substantial portions of the website without written consent;

Upload malware, spam, or harmful code;

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to Wealth1 for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000, unless a higher limit is required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealth1, its partners, officers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealth1 regarding use of the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject matter.
